Step 1

  • Draw or trace star shapes on coloured paper.
  • Draw arc on paper plates.
  • Cut out all shapes and punch holes.

Step 2

  • Paint and decorate shapes with gems, glitter, decorative tape, etc.

Step 3

  • Cut lengths of ribbon and tie star shapes to moon shape.
