  • Bristol Board & Paper
  • Pipe Cleaners
  • Glitter & Gems
  • Scissors & Hole Punch
  • Straws or Skewers
  • Glue

Step 1

  • Cut out triangle and fold into pleats.
  • Punch a hole through pleats.
  • Push straw or skewer through holes.

Step 2

  • Draw a large circle and cut in half.
  • Draw smaller circle & hair shape on board.
  • Cut out shapes & add details.

Step 3

  • Twist pipe cleaner to form halo.
  • Decorate however you like. Add gems, glitter, swirls, etc.
