Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp Dairy Dairy Full Cream milk powder
  • ¼ cups custard powder
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • ⅓ cup sugar

  • 2 (15-ounce) cans fruit cocktail, drained
  • 2 cups whipped cream, for topping
  • Fresh strawberries, for topping

Directions

  • Layer half of the sponge cake cubes in a trifle bowl, followed by half of the custard and half of the fruit cocktail. Repeat with remaining cake, custard, and fruit cocktail.
  • Spread whipped cream on top and garnish with strawberries. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
