Breakfast Smoothies

Who has the time to cook every morning? This recipe gives you a vitamin-packed, delicious meal to start your day, for adults and children, boosted by the power and taste of Dairy Dairy.

 

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp Dairy Dairy Low Fat + 1 cup water (mixed)
  • 1 frozen banana (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp granola to garnish

Directions

  • In a blender, add frozen bananas, berries, peanut butter, oats and mixed Dairy Dairy.

  • Pulse lightly to thoroughly process and break apart the ingredients and then blend until smooth. Add honey and process for 10 more seconds.

  • Pour smoothie into 2 glasses and top with granola to garnish.

  • Yield: 2 servings, 16 oz each
